Our vinegars are simple, genuine and slow like everything we do. They are produced with the Orleans method where only an excellent raw material, human care and the slow passage of time create a production of the highest quality. 

The range: Dogliani wine vinegar, Moscato wine vinegar, the specials: Barolo wine vinegar, red wine vinegar flavored with herbs and finally a delicious cooked must dressing (balsamic type), as well as some truly special goodies.
