When Claudio Rosso offered us the opportunity to continue the activity of the “Asì delle Langhe” Acetaia at CasaMatilda, we didn't believe it was possible, but after thinking about it, we understood that the right place for this historical Langhe Acetaia is precisely CasaMatilda.

And then it was really a shame to lose this important heritage of our territory.

Vinegar is erroneously considered wine not well preserved, but it is not so, vinegar is the destination of the long journey that the grapes undertake after being detached from the branch ... it is with this spirit that I return to the vineyard every winter to start the operations of cultivation… "Fabio"
